Recorded interview with Sergeant Gerald White, 25 February 2020
Gerry White served in the RAF Police from 1958 to 1981. He served in the Far East, Germany and the UK, providing security for RAF aircraft and investigating various offences.
Gerry White completed RAF Police training at Netheravon and served in Singapore and Hong Kong before his return to the UK and RAF Dishforth. He provided security for Victor aircraft of 15 Squadron during a second Far East posting, for Canberra aircraft at RAF Wildenrath in Germany and for Vulcan bombers at RAF Scampton. He gives an account of his role in the investigation of various offences during his career.
